KARL ROVE IS STILL A FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

Karl Rove Is A Fugitive From Justice

On May 22, 2008, Rove was subpoenaed by House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers to testify on the politization of the Department of Justice. However, on July 10, he refused to acknowledge his congressional subpoena. Instead, he left the country on an unannounced trip.

Rove has agreed to debate one-time presidential candidate and former Senator John Edwards on September 26th, 2008 at the University of Buffalo.

Rove -- hired by Fox News to provide analysis for the network's election coverage -- defended his role on the news team to the Television Critics Association.

On Wednesday, July 30, 2008, a U.S. Congressional panel voted 20-14 to find former presidential adviser Karl Rove in Contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena to testify in its probe into suspected political interference at the Justice Department.
